Modular Desiccant Air Dryer

Some customers have a special need. They do not use a lot of air, but they need a very low dew point. A big traditional dryer is too expensive and too large. That is why we made the product. The ST-X series is a product. It has a small size. You can use one unit alone, or you can add more units together. The ST050-X handles 0.5 m³/min. The ST150-X handles 1.5 m³/min. The ST426-X handles 4.26 m³/min. This modular desiccant air dryer is perfect for labs and small production lines.

We helped a lab customer. They needed a dew point of -40°C, but their space was very tight. We gave them one ST150-X product. The unit sat in a corner of the lab. It ran well and took almost no space. Later, when they needed more dry air, they added a second unit. The two worked together. This modular desiccant air dryer uses G1/2" to G1" ports. The ST050-X works at 7 bar and size is 1550*1000*2520 mm. The ST150-X size is 1850*1100*2450 mm. The ST426-X size is 1950*1350*2600 mm. When you sell a product, talk about flexibility. The customer does not need to buy a big system all at once. They can start small and add more later. This lowers the first payment.
