Plateau Oxygen Generator

We are Jiangxi Fuzé Power Equipment Co., Ltd. We have supported projects along the Qinghai–Tibet Railway. At high altitudes, the air is thin and oxygen content is low, so conventional oxygen generators often perform poorly.

To solve this, we developed a plateau oxygen generator based on PSA technology, producing oxygen with a purity of 90–94%. This system is specially optimized for high-altitude environments.

We made three key improvements:
First, we enlarged the adsorption tower to increase adsorption capacity in thin air conditions.
Second, we upgraded the control system so that valve switching time automatically adjusts based on altitude.
Third, we added heat tracing and insulation to prevent freezing during cold plateau nights.

Our plateau oxygen generator has been tested at altitudes above 4,000 meters and operates stably. Customers have noted that very few machines perform reliably in plateau conditions, but ours is one of them.

• ZSO-5: 5 m³/h oxygen output, 1.09 m³/min air consumption, KJ-2 system - suitable for small camps or offices
• ZSO-80: 80 m³/h oxygen output, 16 m³/min air consumption, KJ-20 system - suitable for medium-sized factories or hospitals
• ZSO-400: 400 m³/h oxygen output, 80 m³/min air consumption, KJ-80 system - suitable for large mines or city oxygen supply

Payment terms are 50% upon contract signing and 50% before shipment. We support FOB and DDP terms.
