Traditional liquid oxygen systems require tank construction, multiple fire safety inspections, and annual pressure testing. To simplify this process, we developed a medical oxygen concentrator based on PSA technology.

It produces oxygen with a purity of 90–94%, meeting hospital-grade standards. The purity remains stable within this range in compliance with pharmacopoeia requirements. The system uses oil-free compressed air to ensure clean oxygen output. If purity drops below 90%, the system automatically triggers an alarm.

This medical oxygen concentrator is compact and flexible. It can be installed in a machine room or on a rooftop, depending on hospital layout.
Operation is simple: just press one button to start oxygen production.

A county-level hospital typically only needs the ZSO-60 model. After installation, the hospital director reported that concerns about liquid oxygen tank safety inspections were eliminated.

We offer three models to meet different oxygen demands:

• ZSO-60: 60 m³/h oxygen output, 12 m³/min air consumption, KJ-12 system
• ZSO-150: 150 m³/h oxygen output, 30 m³/min air consumption, KJ-30 system
• ZSO-300: 300 m³/h oxygen output, 60 m³/min air consumption, KJ-30 system

Model selection depends on hospital bed capacity and peak oxygen usage.
